The storefront is closing. SnapDOG is not.
After 20 years of SnapDOG serving Snohomish County, and 5 years under Kaitlyn’s ownership, we’re getting ready for an exciting next chapter!
At the end of November 2026, we’ll be closing our retail storefront and moving SnapDOG into an online-first, home-based model beginning December 2026.
But we want to make one thing very clear:
SnapDOG isn’t going anywhere.
We love our community and we're here to stay!
We’re still here. We’re still printing. We’re still designing. And you’ll still be working directly with Kaitlyn and Chelsea, the same two people behind your emails, designs, orders, and finished products.
We’re changing where we work so we can be even more intentional about how we work and how we support our customers.
So, what's actually changing?
The biggest change is simple: we will no longer have a traditional retail storefront or regular walk-in shopping beginning in December 2026.
Instead, SnapDOG will become an online-first business, with email and online ordering becoming the primary ways to shop and work with us.
For many of our clients, that’s already how you work with us. Which means your experience may not feel very different at all!
Custom apparel ordering will continue through the already trusted avenues that best fit each individual customer's needs: in person visits with samples, emails and zoom calls to discuss designs & apparel options, and digital mockups to visualize your apparel before production.
Why are we making this change?
The last five years have helped us get really clear about what we want SnapDOG to be.
Moving away from a traditional storefront gives us more flexibility to focus our time and resources on what matters most to us: creating great work, serving our customers, supporting our families, and giving back to the community that continues to support us.
This move allows us to put more of our resources back into the work itself, with the goal of offering better pricing where we can and creating even more impactful fundraising opportunities for the schools, teams, and organizations we work with.
It also gives us more room to continue saying yes when circumstances call for something a little different.
- Sometimes that means helping a one-person business that only needs a small apparel order.
- Sometimes our contractor clients have a new hire that needs to be in uniform ASAP.
- Sometimes a team unexpectedly makes it to state and suddenly needs shirts in three days.
- Sometimes a PTA or organization is looking for a creative way to raise money.
Not every customer, order, deadline, or situation fits into the same box! And we don't think they should have to.
We meet people where they are, adapt when it matters, and use our work to help local businesses, schools, teams, and fundraisers thrive. We're building this next version of SnapDOG around that goal.
What does this mean for you?
Same people. Same creativity. More flexibility to serve.
Will I still work with Kaitlyn and Chelsea?
Yes! There isn’t a new company taking over and your order isn't being sent somewhere else.
Kaitlyn and Chelsea, and our rockstar part-time gals, are still the people behind SnapDOG’s communication, design, production, and orders.
Custom Apparel
Send us your orders! There will be no gap in service, designs, or production when we fully transition out of the retail storefront. Email us or use our Contact Us page to get started, just like many of our customers already do.
Online Stores + Fundraising
We’ll continue creating online stores for schools, teams, businesses, organizations, and fundraisers—and this new model gives us the opportunity to make those fundraisers even more impactful. We’re excited to find new ways to help more of every purchase go back to the schools, teams, and organizations our customers care about.
Spirit Gear
Our school and team Spirit Gear will continue to be available through our online stores. You can already start shopping for Spirit Gear online at this link, and even more will be added soon.
Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping
Local pickup will be available in two locations! Lake Stevens near Cavelero and just south of Snohomish off Seattle Hill Road. We can also coordinate delivery or shipping based on your needs and location.

We don’t have every detail set in stone, and that’s intentional! Every customer and every order is a little different, and flexibility has always been at the heart of SnapDOG. That won’t change.

Twenty years is a long time for a small local business to be part of a community, and our truly incredible customers are the reason why we are able to take this next step and get to be so excited about this new chapter!
Every shirt, school store, team order, business logo, fundraiser, referral, last-minute request, creative idea, and conversation has played a part in getting SnapDOG here.
We're going to miss parts of having a storefront, and we know some of you will too. But we're genuinely excited about what this change makes possible.
